Business conditions

On the basis of your written order giving the specifics, date, nature and hours of the event we will issue a confirmation of your order.

Cancellation conditions

  • 15 – 8 working days 20%
  • 7 working days before the event 50%
  • less than 7 days before the event 100%

Payment conditions

For new clients we request an advance payment of 70% before the event. For regular and established clients the advance is agreed depending on trust, but the advance deposit must always be paid at least 10 working days before the event. Final payment on the basis of billing – invoice, within 10 working days after the end of the event.
